KCFC – Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
1. How do I fill the online registration form on KCFC?
Go to the online registration form. Fill out all required fields (marked with *), then click the Register button. You will receive your User ID and Password via email. Registration is absolutely FREE!
2. How much does it cost to register for membership on KCFC?
Registration is completely FREE of cost. You only need to pay a nominal fee if you wish to view contact details of other members.
3. When does the registration get activated?
Your registration will be activated once your form is submitted and any applicable payment (for paid services) is confirmed.
4. What is a KCFC paid Membership?
A KCFC paid membership allows you to view contact details of other profiles. Searching and viewing profiles is free, but to access full contact details, a minimal service fee is required. Free members do not have access to this feature.
5. What are the benefits of registering on KCFC?

6. I already registered but cannot log in to my KCFC account. Why?
After registration, you should receive a User ID (Matrimony ID) and Password via email. If not, your account may still be inactive. Please contact us and we will resend your login details.
7. I didn't receive an email. What should I do?
It’s possible your email was entered incorrectly or the message was lost. Email us with your name, username, and email address used during registration. We’ll verify and get back to you quickly.
8. What are the benefits of the KCFC paid Membership?
With a paid membership, you can:

View full contact details of other members.

Initiate contact directly with interested profiles.
Free members can search and view profiles but cannot access contact information.
9. What services do you offer for people without a computer or Internet access?
If you do not have access to a computer or the internet, you can send us your completed application form, a photo, and full details along with the registration fee. We will create your profile, and you can later view others' profiles at any nearby internet center.
